TrueTransparency v1.3 - Now with BLUR!

TrueTransparency v1.3 has been released!

It now supports aero reflection maps and blurring!

New screenshot showing off the blur:


The stuck hover titlebar button bug is fixed now, and the blur just looks plain awesome.
Still supports good ole Windows 2000 and still has no reliance on the .NET Framework.

Hint: To get Blur on past skins, just paste this into the start of the skin.ini for that skin. (Maximized and Normal).

Also, lol at the "Aero Shack". I want to see an aero shack . Maybe the windows will be blue tinted, have reflection stripes and are blurry.

The caption text does not look the same in the new version.
It looks better in version 1 than in v1.2
I use colonells 7 skin.
and it looks absolutely great in v1 and in v1.2 it does not look good.
just the text does not look good the rest of the border looks the same.
I did try the original skin to and they did the same caption looks better in v1.

Yeah, Lefreut changed the text glow algorithm. He did leave in a skin config setting to use the old one:

GlowMethod=Old

I think that will make it use the old drawing method.
