Due to the dynamically nature of the project it would be better to have an "online update manager", that downloads stuff from an official website and install it correctly.

You need a programmer to make that manager. Would you remove the Windows Components or just add new ones?

Well, "substitution" should mean something like IEradicator, then install Firefox.
