Bug: pressing "Patch" or "Restore" and then pressing cancel says that a file has been patched, when none is selected. I'm unsure whether it patches any file when pressing cancel, as with (some) other programming languages that do file-based editing, or anything file-based, telling it to move/change the file "BLANK" causes it to operate on the files in the system root.

Erm... this works but it only works when I'm on full screen.
How do I get the transparent when not in full screen on programs?

As I read on other topic, you may have tried to use VistaGlazz, which replaces your older patched theme.

VistaGlazz will just use a Maximized transparent theme, which is not possible on native Vista
