They're better than the 07 and definitely the 03 ones for sure.

I like them, except for the weird serif thing on the W, V, X, and N.

I recon they wanted to add something to those letter. AFAIK this is not a font, they designed the letters.

They are very similar to CS4 icons but they are a little more complicated
