UXTender 1.3 - UXTheme Service Patcher for XP SP3

I just registered to let you know about your UXTender patch for XP SP3. Patched my OS a month ago and is working great until I found out just a few days ago that (according to my installed McAfee protection program) the patch (uxtender.exe) is a Trojan Artemis!BC85E59EF87D. My PC is still working fine, no problems considering, but what concerns me is the executable patch, what do you intend to do about McAfee's finding? Hope you can resolve this matter ASAP. Thanks for your time. Will await further notices about this concern.

False Positive, UXTender is probably detected as a trojan because its written in autoit.
If you used a different AVS this problem wouldn't occur.

exactly Awy, and i am not doing anything about it, that people still use [censored] Anti Virus programs is NOT my problem.

Hopefully someone can help me...

I'm running windows xp sp3, and everytime i install the uxtender 1.3 patch, the system will not restart from the "start, turn off computer, restart" it closes a few programs and then it stays there. Keyboard will not work. I dont know if he has to do with windows updates cause i recently formated. Also when i unpatch uxtender system goes back to normal. Any help would be appreciate it.

I'm not understanding what this patch is for, I found it on a site where I was downloading windows 7 themes for windows xp. I can change, add, edit, and create themes in Windows xp already. Please help me understand why I might need this patch.
